Return & Exchange Center

We offer both refunds and exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us via info@glnrugs.com
Rugs must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a processing fee.*
Items must be returned in brand new condition. This means:

• No pet hair/fur
• No dirt or stains
• No signs of wear, washing, or use
• No damage

Once items are shipped back, they will be assessed and a refund issued.
If the items have been deemed as used or damaged, they will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer.
*Processing fee is $30 per rug.
