How do I return my GLN Rugs? (US customers)

We offer both refunds and exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us via
Rugs must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a processing fee.*
Items must be returned in brand new condition. This means:
  • No pet hair/fur
  • No dirt or stains
  • No signs of wear, washing, or use
  • No damage

Once items are shipped back, they will be assessed and a refund issued.
If the items have been deemed as used or damaged, they will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer.
*Processing fee is $30 per rug.
